Zucchini Casserole Recipe

	zucchini bread crumbs cream sauce

Ingredients

2 lbs green an yellow zucchini (cubed)

1 large chopped onion

1/4 lb butter

1 bag of cubed stuffing (14 oz bag)

1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)

1 (8 oz) sour cream

2 tbsp cream or milk

Seasonings:

salt, pepper, garlic powder

Directions

Steam cubed zucchini and chopped onion till slightly tender

Melt butter and spread over bottom of 9 x 13 pan or 4 qt casserole pan

Spread 1/2 bag of cubed stuffing over butter

In a bowl mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream together with milk

Add seasonings

Add vegetables to bowl and mix

Pour over stuffing in pan

Add other 1/2 of bag of stuffing over veggie/soup mixture

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or till bubbly and hot

The thought that came to mind the first time I made this dish was, "Heaven!" Using yellow and green zucchini makes an easy, perfect and delicious meal. It was a joy to cook and easily made two smaller casseroles. One for today, one tomorrow!
