Ingredients

How to make it

  • Steam cubed zucchini and chopped onion till slightly tender
  • Melt butter and spread over bottom of 9 x 13 pan or 4 qt casserole pan
  • Spread 1/2 bag of cubed stuffing over butter
  • In a bowl mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream together with milk
  • Add seasonings
  • Add vegetables to bowl and mix
  • Pour over stuffing in pan
  • Add other 1/2 of bag of stuffing over veggie/soup mixture
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or till bubbly and hot

    The thought that came to mind the first time I made this dish was, "Heaven!" Using yellow and green zucchini makes an easy, perfect and delicious meal. It was a joy to cook and easily made two smaller casseroles. One for today, one tomorrow!
