Black Bean And Corn Salsa-salad

- 1 17 oz. can corn (drained) shopping list
- 2 -15 oz. cans black beans (drained and rinsed) shopping list
- 2 large tomatoes (chopped) shopping list
- 1 large red onion (chopped) shopping list
- 1/8 to 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped) shopping list
- 1 large avocado (chopped) shopping list
- Dressing: shopping list
- 3-4 Tablespoons lime juice shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon red-wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- ½ teaspoon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine , cover and chill! Easy, huh?
- I use one whole bunch of cilantro and 2 to 3 avocados.
