Very quick appetizer for any party!! If you have any leftover filling its great on toast for breakfast!

parmesan
cheese
cream
spicy

Ingredients

22 fresh jalepenos shopping list
1lb owens sausage shopping list
8oz cream cheese shopping list
1 C fresh grated parmesan shopping list

How to make it

Preheat oven to 350.
Fry sausage and drain well by squeezing it in paper towels.
Crumble sausage and mix well with the cream cheese and parmesan.
Half the Jalepenos and take out seeds.
Stuff each jalepeno half with the prepared filling.
Bake on foiled lined cookie sheet for 20 min @ 350.

Sounds really good. I have stuffed mine with blue crab before and that makes me want to eat every one that I made.. They are habit forming.

Bobby your wouldnt believe how fast they disappear!!!! I put them on the grill this past weekend for a we had for the Longhorn football game and they never even made it into the house, people were just eating them straight off the grill!! Enjoy and i hope your party is Fabulous!!
