Trick or Treat Salad

A great Jello salad with a twist
Ingredients
- 2 3oz pkgs orange gelatin shopping list
- 1 6oz can orange juice concentrate shopping list
- 1 large can crushed pineapple -- drained shopping list
- 1 large can mandarin oranges -- drained shopping list
- 1 3oz pkg French vanilla instant pudding mix shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk shopping list
- 1 cup whipped topping shopping list
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Dissolve gelatin in orange juice and 2 cups boiling water.
- Add pineapple and mandarin oranges.
- Pour into 9 X 13-inch pan.
- Chill until set.
- Mix puddingand milk; stir until thick.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread pudding over gelatin.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
