Sauerkraut Slaw

- 1 29-ounce can of shredded sauerkraut, rinsed and drained shopping list
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped (Vidalias are great) shopping list
- 1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 small jar chopped pimento (optional) shopping list
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup white vinegar shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- black pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients in an airtight refrigerator container and chill 24 hours before serving. Stir several times during this time to ensure thorough blending of ingredients.
- This will keep up to 30 days in fridge
