Adding "eyeballs" to any martini recipe makes perfect Halloween drinks for a cocktail party-- or any ol' Halloween party. All you have to do is make the eyeballs! Assemble a whole pile of eyeballs ahead of time and stick them in the freezer until you're ready for them. Ingredients
- 1 radish shopping list
- 1 pimento stuffed green olive shopping list
- Instructions: 1. First, peel the radish, leaving thin streaks of red skin for veins/blood vessels. shopping list
- 2. With the pointed tip of a vegetable peeler or with a small paring knife, scrape out an olive-sized hole in each radish. shopping list
- 3. Stuff an olive into each hole, pimento-stuffing-side out. shopping list
- 4. Pop each olive-stuffed radish into an ice cube tray (you may have to trim some of your radishes), and cover with water shopping list

- 6. Alternately, just pop cold, prepared "eyeballs" into your favorite martini recipe-- no freezing needed. shopping list
How to make it
- 1 radish

- pimento stuffed green olive

Balance one set of teeth on the edge of each glass. ..............................
- 1 oz. good quality vodka, chilled
- 1 oz. champagne, chilled
- 1 oz. Chambord raspberry liqueur, chilled
- Pour vodka into a martini glass. Pour champagne over.
- Slowly pour Chambord liqueur over the back of a spoon to make it float.
- you can also add the eyeball too..lol......
