How to make it

  • In a large sauce pan, combine all the ingredients. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

  • Calories per serving: 138, Fat: 3g, Cholesterol: 8mg, Sodium: 170mg, Carbohydrate: 24g
  • Note: I have modified the ingredients of this recipe for a diabetic friendly one and also lowered the sodium, salt and fat from the original.
