Ingredients

How to make it

  • Gently flatten chicken to make an even thickness.
  • In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  • Dredge chicken in seasoned flour and dip in egg wash.
  • Add chicken to skillet and brown on both sides. Remove and keep warm.
  • Drain off most of the fat from the skillet.
  • Add mushooms to skillet and saute until mushrooms soften.
  • Add fresh garlic and cook 1 minute.
  • Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • Return chicken to skillet. Add wine.
  • Cook over medium heat until wine is reduced by a third to a half.
  • Add butter in pieces to sauce, stirring until melted.
  • Plate chicken with mushrooms over and sprinkle with parsley.

    Made this last night to rave reviews. The only change I made was a added a smidge of honey mustard to the mushroom-wine sauce. Thankyou So So Much!!!
