How to make it

  • Pour in Chicken Stock, White Wine (Optional), Butter, Garlic, Salt & Seasoning & allow to boil.
  • Cous Cous can be made like Rice. You do not need to make the whole box.
  • Directions are on the box for the correct amount of proportions per serving.
  • When the liquid is boiling, pour in the Cous Cous
  • Remove from heat & cover.
  • Allow to sit for 5 minutes
  • Remove top & stir in the honey.
  • I do not know why, but the Honey is most flavorful when added after the grain is cooked, not during cooking.
  • This is Yummy with stir fried Meat & Veggies.
