RIch Sweet Maple Mousse

- 1 1/4 cups maple syrup shopping list
- 3 egg yollks shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 cups heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Heat maple syrup in top of double boiler. Carefully beat in egg yolks and salt. Cook gently 8-10 minutes until slightly thickened. Cool thoroughly.
- Whip cream until stiff. Fold carefuly into maple syrup mixture. Spoon into serving glasses and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Note: this can be frozed and served as ice cream.
