CHEESY OLIVE BALL

- 8 sprigs parsley (or 1/2 c. nuts) shopping list
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, chilled & cut in 6 pieces shopping list
- 1/3 c. stuffed green olives, well drained shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt shopping list
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. garlic or onion powder shopping list
How to make it
- In food processor, chop parsley (or nuts) until fine. Set aside. In food processor, add remaining ingredients and mix. Form mixture into a ball. Put in freezer until firm, about 45 minutes. Roll cheese ball over parsley. Refrigerate about 1 hour. Serve with crackers. One 8 ounce ball.

Grew up having Cream Cheese & Olive Sandwiches. This is the terrific logical next step. It's also quite good in celery. Spread the Cream Cheese & Olives into the celery's curve. YUM & 5
