Ingredients
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1 can Eagle sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
  • 1 2/3 cups Irish whiskey
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons Hershey's chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

Directions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender set on high speed for 30 seconds.
  2. Bottle in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate.
  3. The liqueur will keep for at least 2 months if kept cool.
  4. Be sure to shake the bottle well before serving.
  5. Makes 4 cups.

Gosh this is very similiar to a brew we make in those 'dry' countrys using home made spirits I like the sound of adding the almond extract and will try that twist next time. For your amusement we call these drinks "Fluffy Ducks" thanks for that Bigkiwi


I made a couple of batches of this two years ago to give to co-workers at Christmas. It was liked by all, and it really is better than the top brand you would buy at the store. Thanks and high 5.
