Banana Filled French Toast

- 1 loaf unsliced French bread shopping list
- 3 bananas shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup pecans shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup cream shopping list
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
How to make it
- Slice bread into pockets and do not use the ends.
- Start slicing the first slice all the way through loaf and the second only 3/4 of the way through.
- Slice the third slice all the way through and the fourth only 3/4 of the way through.
- Continue until all bread is sliced.
- Peel and slice bananas then lay bananas in pocket then stuff in a few pecans then brown sugar.
- Mix together eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla.
- Dip each French toast pocket into the egg mixture and place into skillet with melted butter.
- Cook and turn then serve with powdered sugar and maple syrup.
