Ingredients

How to make it

  • Saute celery in butter until tender.
  • Stir in broth, water & bouillion
  • Add potatos, ham and seasonings
  • Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 12 mins or until potatos are tender
  • Combined flour and milk until smooth, gradually stir into soup
  • Bring to a boil, cook for a few more minutes until thick and bubbly.
  • Serve with hot corn bread or rolls

    I just wanted to let you know that I just finished off my second batch. Made the second 2 days ago and it is all gone. Only tweaks I made were for personal levels of heat (LOTS). My wife and daughters just loved it. Thanks again! Wish I could give 6 forks :-)
