This is a meatball sandwich I have been making for years and get tons of requests for this for our football parties

Ingredients
- 1 Lb. ground chuck
- 1 Lb. ground pork
- 1 Lb. ground veal
- 3-5 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan
- Oregano to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1/4 Cups italian bread crumbs
- Mozzerella cheese cut into cubes
Directions
- Combine all ingredients EXCEPT mozzerella and mix till well combined
- Form into balls with thumb make a hole and place a cube of mozzerella into the hole and seal
- Bake in a 350 deree oven for 25 minutes turning once
- When meatballs are done place in a pot of your favorite marinara sauce
- Put meat balls in good hard italian hoagie rolls
- Top with more Parmesan
- Enjoy
