How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients EXCEPT mozzerella and mix till well combined
  • Form into balls with thumb make a hole and place a cube of mozzerella into the hole and seal
  • Bake in a 350 deree oven for 25 minutes turning once
  • When meatballs are done place in a pot of your favorite marinara sauce
  • Put meat balls in good hard italian hoagie rolls
  • Top with more Parmesan
  • Enjoy
