THE Meatball Sandwich

- 1 Lb. ground chuck shopping list
- 1 Lb. ground pork shopping list
- 1 Lb. ground veal shopping list
- 3-5 cloves of garlic shopping list
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan shopping list
- oregano to taste shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1/4 Cups Italian bread crumbs shopping list
- Mozzerella cheese cut into cubes shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients EXCEPT mozzerella and mix till well combined
- Form into balls with thumb make a hole and place a cube of mozzerella into the hole and seal
- Bake in a 350 deree oven for 25 minutes turning once
- When meatballs are done place in a pot of your favorite marinara sauce
- Put meat balls in good hard italian hoagie rolls
- Top with more Parmesan
- Enjoy
