Bourbon Balls

This is not for the kids! Great little cookies for the grown folks!
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups crushed vanilla wafers shopping list
- 2 T cocoa shopping list
- 1 cup powdered sugar + some extra for rolling shopping list
- 1 cup ground nuts shopping list
- 3 T light corn syrup shopping list
- 1/3 cup bourbon shopping list
How to make it
- Mix dry ingredients, then add syrup and bourbon. Mix thoroughly and roll into small balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Use mini cupcake liners to put ball in.

I love these but I make them more often with Rum.
For the kids I would use anise flavoring or even almond so they felt special too.
