This is not for the kids! Great little cookies for the grown folks!

Ingredients
  • 2 ½ cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • 2 T cocoa
  • 1 cup powdered sugar + some extra for rolling
  • 1 cup ground nuts
  • 3 T light corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup bourbon

Directions
  1. Mix dry ingredients, then add syrup and bourbon. Mix thoroughly and roll into small balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Use mini cupcake liners to put ball in.

For the kids I would use anise flavoring or even almond so they felt special too.
