HOT CHA CHA YAMS

These just make my mouth water writing down the recipe. Sometimes I will add one or two yukon gold to the mix if I know people don't like them too hot. Me? There is no too hot.
Ingredients
- yams, 1 1/2-inch dice 5 lb shopping list
- water 4 gal shopping list
- salt 1 1/2 tsp shopping list
- butter 6 oz shopping list
- cayenne 3/4 tsp shopping list
- Chipotle powder 1/4 tsp shopping list
- ground coriander 3/4 tsp shopping list
- ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp shopping list
- fresh orange juice 1/4 C shopping list
- granulated garlic 1/2 tsp shopping list
- Ground white pepper 1/4 tsp shopping list
- salt 1 1/2 tsp shopping list
- optional couple of white potatoes shopping list
How to make it
- Instructions:
- Bring the water to a boil, add the salt and cook yams until tender. Drain and place them into a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
