Saucy Mexican Chicken

- 1 lb boneless,skinless,chicken breast halves (4 small breasts) shopping list
- 1 jar (16 oz) thick,chunky salsa shopping list
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans ,rinsed shopping list
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cook chicken in nonstick skillet on med-high heat 4 mins on each side oe till browned on both sides.
- Add salsa and beans. Bring to a boil;cover. Simmer on med-low for 5 mins or till chicken is done.
- Top with cheese. Remove from heat. Let stand covered 5 min. or till cheese is melted.
