I think this is also good with ground meat or spicy ground sausage added to the tomato sauce.

Ingredients
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 container (15 oz) Ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Italian three Cheese blend
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 jar (26oz) spaghetti sauce, divided (use whatever flavor you like)
  • 16 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 375 Degrees
  2. Mix first 5 ingredients until well blended
  3. Spread 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce onto bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish
  4. Spread each noodle with 3 tablespoons cheese mixture; roll up
  5. Place seam side down in dish
  6. Top with remaining sauce and Parmesan; cover
  7. Bake 40-50 min, uncovering the last 10 minutes
