Bleu Cheese Asparagus Rolls

- 1 loaf white bread shopping list
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese shopping list
- 1 4-ounce package bleu cheese shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 16-ounce can asparagus spears, drained well and patted dry shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, melted shopping list
How to make it
- Trim crust from bread and roll very thin.
- Combine cheese and eggs, blending well.
- Spread mixture on bread.
- Place one asparagus spear to one side of bread and roll up.
- Dip or brush rolls with melted butter and place on a baking sheet.
- These rolls may be frozen at this time. If so, let thaw before baking.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. To serve slice in half.
