How to make it

  • Blend Biscuit Mix with egg, milk and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Fold in grated cheese and nuts.
  • Fill well-greased muffin pan, filling each cup 2/3 full.
  • Place a nut meat on each muffin.
  • Bake in center oven for 15 minutes at 400F. or until muffins are golden brown.
  • Serve hot with butter, apple butter or marmalade.

    I might add a little dallop of Cream Cheese or Creme Fraish in middle before I put top half of muffin mix into pan. You know the Mad Scientist in me is always trying to blow up the kitchen. Have Bookmarked this & 5ved it & will let you know how it comes out.
