Creamy Blueberry Ice Cream

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Castro Estate in Garland, Texas in 1992.
Ingredients
- 1 pack unflavored gelatin shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk cold shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk heated to boiling shopping list
- 2 cups fresh blueberries shopping list
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 cups whipping cream whipped shopping list
How to make it
- In blender sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold milk then let stand 4 minutes.
- Add hot milk and process on low until gelatin is completely dissolved then cool completely.
- Add blueberries and sugar then process at high speed until blended.
- Pour into a large bowl and chill stirring occasionally until mixture mounds slightly.
- Fold whipped cream into gelatin mixture then pour into two freezer trays and freeze until firm.
