This Bundt cake version of a lemon cake comes from A. Martinez , who says it's a perfect clone of Starbucks' lemon loaf. She found it in a Betty Crocker cookbook.

This sounds lovely, Midge. Tablescape had a question on the lemon ratio--and this sounds about right. 1 teaspoon lemon extract would give a light flavor to the crumb after baking, and the lemon zest would add another, finer little "punch" also.
