Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place potatoes, carrots and onions in a large saucepan.
  • Add water and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 10-12 minutes or until tender.
  • Add milk and peas.
  • Simmer 4-5 minutes.
  • Add clams, shrimp and crab.
  • Simmer for another 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve garnished with chives and croutons.
