How to make it

  • Cook artichoke hearts as directed on box and drain.
  • Butter a baking dish that is large enough to place artichokes in a single layer.
  • Blend cream cheese, butter, chives and salt & pepper.
  • Place a small amount on each artichoke and then cover evenly with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
