How to make it
- In small bowl,beat cream cheese,sugar substitute,sugar and vanilla until smooth. Stir in coconut. Refrigerate 30 mins or till easy to handle.
- Shape into 1" balls;roll in grated chocolate. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
- I did the recipe using Splenda.
