Nestles Chocolate Pie

I love this pie... you can also serve it as a pudding in individual dessert dishes with a topping and it makes a pretty presentation. Roasted chopped nuts makes it delicious. This makes a small pie... you might want to double recipe.
Ingredients
- Crust: shopping list
- 1 1/4 stick butter or margarine melted shopping list
- 1 cup plus 3 Tablespoons flour shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/2 Cup pecans shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 1/2 Cup Nestles chocolate Drink Mix shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons of flour shopping list
- 1 Cup sugar shopping list
- 3 egg yolks shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine shopping list
- 1 tall can of Pet milk shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Crust:
- Mix ingredients together; press into a 9 inch pan.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup ground pecans on crust; press into crust lightly.
- Bake until brown; about 20 min.
- Filling:
- Mix ingredients together and cook until thickened.
- Pour into crust.
- Top with your favorite whipped topping after it has been refrigerated.
- Also add toasted nuts, if desired.
