apple caramel cheesecake Recipe

How to make it

  • preheat oven to 350
  • Mix together the crumbs, sugar, and butter.
  • Press into the bottom of a spring form pan
  • bake 10 minutes
  • Remove from oven,
  • In a med. mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese, vanilla, sugar.
  • Add one egg at a time and mix well.
  • Pour over crumb crust,
  • Mix together the apples, sugar, cinnamon and pecans.
  • Spoon over cream cheese filling and bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.
  • Turn off oven and let the cheesecake sit in oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, let cool and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • When ready to serve, slice cheesecake and place on serving plate.
  • Drizzle a spoonful of the caramel topping over cheesecake.
  • Top with a little whipped cream.
  • Serve
