Hershey Bar Cake

- 2 sticks butter softened shopping list
- 4 large eggs shopping list
- 1 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract. shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 ts. baking soda,mix into buttermilk. shopping list
- 1 cup pecans (optional) shopping list
- 8 Hershey Bars 1 can hershey chocolate syrup.(Melt together on low heat) shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl mix Mix together first 7 ingredients listed.
- Melt Hershey bars add syrup into it.
- Fold the chocolate mixture gently into flour mixture.
- Pour into well greased and floured bundt pan or square pans.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven about 1 1/4 hours till toothpike comes out clean.
- Remove from oven.
- Cover with foil till cool.
- FROSTING:
- 1 bar Bakers Sweet chocolate
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup water
- Melt together on low heat.
- Mix in 1 cup sifted confectioner.sugar.
- Blend together.Add 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
- Pour over cake allowing it to drip down sides ofthe cake.
- Let set.
- Yum!.
