How to make it

  • Combine soup and wine,pour over chicken and marinate in refrigerator 6 to 8 hours.
  • Bake at 350 degrees,covered for 45 mins and uncovered for 15 min or till chicken is done. Add the shreeded cheddar on top for the last 5 mins or till it melts.

    Mmmm, this would be warm and comforting in the middle of winter. And after dinner, wrap up in an old quilt and read cookbooks until bedtime ... a perfect evening!
