Amaretto Shrimp

- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup Amaretto shopping list
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds shopping list
- 2 tablespoons pepper jelly shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails left on shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add amaretto, almonds, jelly, cinnamon and cayenne pepper and stir until the jelly dissolves. Add shrimp and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, just until pink.
- I serve this with rice, grits or over toasted French bread,
