How to make it
- In a medium mixing bowl beat ahorting, vanilla and extract with an electric mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds.Slowly add of the powdered sugar, beating well.Add 4 tablespoons milk to reach spreading consistency.Add any remaining powder sugar and milk. As long you need to make this thicker add a little bit of milk or shorting and or both.
- This frosting tops and sides 8 or 9 inch cake layers or halve the recipe will frost a 13x9x2 inch cake.
