Incredibly Creamy Salmon Melt

- 2 salmon fillets cooked shopping list
- 2 eggs hard boiled peeled and chopped shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic shopping list
- 1/4 cup tartar sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons mayonnaise divided shopping list
- 4 slices rye bread shopping list
- 2 roma tomatoes sliced shopping list
- 4 slices swiss cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to broil. In a medium bowl crumble salmon. Add eggs, garlic, tartar sauce and 1/4 cup of the mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly and lightly season with salt and pepper. Spread remaining 2 tablespoons mayonnaise on the 4 slices of bread then lay them on a baking sheet. Evenly distribute salmon mixture onto the bread slices. Place 3 slices of tomato on each piece of bread followed by 1 slice of cheese then cut into 2 triangles. Place under preheated broiler for 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
