Baked Bean Chili

This zesty chili with a touch of sweetness from the baked beans. Can be made on the spur of the moment. It's an excellent standby when unexpected guests drop in. Serve this with bread and a salad. Ingredients

- 2 pounds lean ground beef shopping list
- 3 cans ( 28-oz each ) baked beans shopping list
- 1 can ( 46-oz ) tomato juice shopping list
- 1 can ( 11 ½ -oz ) V8 juice shopping list
- 1 envelope chili seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- In a Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Yields: 24
