Santa Fe Chicken

- 2 c instant rice,uncooked shopping list
- 1 can (19 oz) black beans,drained,rinsed shopping list
- 1 yellow pepper,chopped shopping list
- 1 can (10-1/2 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 2 c water shopping list
- 1/4 c chopped cilantro shopping list
- 4 small boneless,skinless chicken breast halves (1lb) shopping list
- 1/2 c thick and chunky salsa shopping list
- 1 c Mexican style finesly shredded four cheese( or what ever cheese you like) shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 400 degrees
- Mix rice,beans and peppers in 13x9" baking dish. Combine soup,water,cilantro;pour evenly over rice mixture.
- Top with chicken. Spoon salsa over chicken
- Bake 35 mins;sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 mins mor or till cheese is melted
