Peach Custard Pie

- 1 deep dish - 9 inch pie shell shopping list
- 3 1/2 cups sliced peaches shopping list
- 1-14 0z can- sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter melted shopping list
- 1 to 3 tsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon shopping list
- dash ground nutmeg shopping list
- Struesel topping: {Recipe follows pie recipe}: shopping list
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- and 1/3 cup chopped walnuts in medium bowl shopping list
- cut in 2 tbs butter with pastry blender untill resembles coarse crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 425 degree oven
- Arrange peaches in pie shell combined sweetened condensed milk,eggs butter,lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg in large mixing bowl beat untill smooth pour over peaches
- Bake for 10 minutes sprinkle with struesel topping reduce oven to 350 degrees bake additional 55-60 minutes or till knife inserted comes out clean. cool on wire rack
- Makes 8 servings
