Jetts Key Lime Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • For this cake I used a 9x13 pan
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Grease & flour cake pan.
  • Mix cake ingredients well.
  • Pour batter into cake pan.
  • Drop pan with batter onto the counter to remove any air bubbles
  • Place in middle of oven and bake for approx. 30 - 45 minutes.
  • Meanwhile. mix cream cheese, butter and lime juice.
  • Blend in powdered sugar until creamy
  • Cake is done when it pulls away from pan and toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let cake cool and frost with yummy frosting.
