How to make it

  • bring broth to a boil and whisk in pumpkin puree and spice
  • Let soup simmer to meld flavors about 10 minutres
  • Turn off heat and whisk in vinegar, honey and Greek Yoghurt
  • Season and garnish with toasted cumin flavored pumkin seeds

    Love the use of Greek Yogurt in today's recipes. Greek yogurt is one of my favorite ingredients...in fact, I have it for breakfast with fresh berries every morning.
