White Choc Fudge different

- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup or 1 stick butter shopping list
- 2 Pkgs {6 Squares each} Bakers white choc. coarsely chopped shopping list
- 1 Jar{Jett puffed Marshmellow cream shopping list
- 3/4 cup walnuts shopping list
- 3/4 cup dried apricots chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Bring sugar sour cream and butter to full rolling boil in large heavy suce pan on medium heat stirring constantly
- Boil 7 minutes or tll candy themometer reaches 234 degrees stirring constantly.
- Remove fom heat stir in choc ti ll melted{ Add remaining ingredients;stir untill well blended
- Pour into greased 8-or 9 inch square pan
- cool completely cut ito 64 squares to serve
- Calories -180-{ per serving}

- I used cashews in placeof walnuts
