Ingredients

How to make it

  • 1. In a good sized pot, put water and potatos on to boil. (I heat my water with my potatos to avoid splashing that results when you add the potatos)
  • 2. After potatos are cooked through. Strain and leave in the collander to let as much water out as possibe.
  • 3. After about 20 minutes, place back in the pot. Add butter and stir letting it coat your potatos.
  • 4. Sprinkle with paprika and sea salt and stir up some more to mix the seasonings evenly.
  • 5. Serve!

Nice taters. I used the petite ones.
Added pic. Served up with pork chops and garlic focaccia.

These are called salt potatoes up here in NY and they ARE the best potatoes! You will never see a BBQ without them. Always at the NYS fair too. They come in a small bag with a package of salt and can be found at most grocery stores. Nice post! I have a different version of these wonderful little spuds and will have to post...as soon as I can get on the 'puter without kids crawling on me. lol
