How to make it

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and warm a ramekin in the oven with the butter herbs and zest in the bottom of it for 2 to 5 min
  • pour the milk and crack 3 eggs into the butter in herb mixture and return to the oven for 5 to 10 min until the eggs are set
  • serve immediately with a side salad

    there are many different definitions of what is and isn't vegetarian I personally was vegetarian for over 2 years; among my vegetarian friends they were considered eggs kosher. Eggs aren't vegan if that's what you meant?

    Made these and showed my daughter the recipe I printed out. Immediately noted that eggs are DEFINITELY not vegetarian (like your initial description says). I am definitely carnivore so didn't mind AND they were delicious! 5 forks.
