Ingredients

How to make it

  • Saute vegetables, seasonings, and garlic in butter (you want these still crisp not soft)
  • Drain these really well. (very important)
  • Add drained veggies to pie crust.
  • Combine mayonnaise and cheese together; spread this over veggies.
  • Bake uncovered for one hour at 350 degrees.

    YUM ! This sounds great !! I love squash and so does the hubby...I'll have to make this real soon. We have a fruit & veggie stand within sight of our house that has the best fresh produce !
