How to make it

  • Remove the tops of peppers. Scoop out the seeds and pith. Mix the cream cheese, tomato,pimento, garlic, chives, parsley, and basil, in a bowl. Fill the peppers with the spiced cream. Slice into four equal pieces. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
