How to make it

  • Clean and dry the chicken beast
  • Cut each one in half
  • Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with poultry seasoning
  • Put the chicken and the Italian dressing into a 1 gal Ziploc bag
  • Mix well so that all of the chicken is covered with dressing
  • Refrigerate the chicken for 4-6 hours
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet on med-hi heat and sauté the onions for about 3 minutes
  • Add the chicken and sauté for about 2 minutes on each side
  • Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and mushrooms to the skillet and Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Bring to a low boil
  • Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions
  • Serve the chicken and gravy over the pasta and enjoy :)
