ASPARAGUS HAM QUICHE

- Ingredients: shopping list
- 2 packages ( 10-oz each ) frozen cut asparagus, thawed shopping list
- 1 pound fully cooked ham, chopped shopping list
- 2 cups ( 8-oz ) shredded swiss cheese reduced-fat shopping list
- ½ cup chopped onion shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups 1% milk shopping list
- 1 ½ cups buttermilk baking mix shopping list
- 1 Tbs. dried parsley flakes shopping list
- ¼ tsp. pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven at 375.
- In two greased 9-inch pie plates, layer the asparagus, ham, cheese and onion. In a bowl, beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Divide mixture in half and pour over asparagus mixture in each pie plate. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Yield: 12 servings.

Well well.I remembered one of my parents made this
but they didn't use the asparagus and the buttermilk baking mix.I can't remember what they used for the place of them two ingredients.It is an very good meal though.sandygalesmith in Saint Joseph loved it
