Ingredients

How to make it

  • Boil the rice (aprox. 1/2 cup per person)
  • Fry the eggs (1 or 2 per person)
  • Fry the banana in a frying pan with some olive oil cut in slices
  • Heat the tomatoe sauce
  • In a plate serve separately the rice, the egg(s) and two slices of fried banana, spread the hot tomatoe sauce over the rice and serve
  • Once served, each one can cut the ingredients and mix them all, very special taste!!

    I had forgotten about this recipe. Was glad to see it make an appearance. We love this recipe. I'll surprise the family and remake it this week, it's been years since we have had it. I will be adding sausage to mine. Thanks for bringing back a classic.
