How to make it

  • PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
  • FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS ON THE BROWNIE BOX.
  • ONCE YOUR BROWNIES ARE BAKED, LEAVE THE OVEN ON.
  • PULL THEM OUT AND PUT THE MARSHMALLOWS ON TOP OF THE BROWNIES.
  • THEN ADD THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS.
  • RETURN TO THE OVEN FOR A SHORT FEW MINUTES JUST TO LET THE MARSHMALLOWS AND CHOCOLATE MELT.
  • REMOVE FROM OVEN, PLACE THE GRAHAM CRACKERS ON TOP OF THE MARSHMALLOW AND PRESS DOWN.
  • LET COOL.
  • CUT INTO SQUARES JUST FOLLOW THE GRAHAM CRACKER OUTLINE.
  • YOU CAN ADJUST THE AMOUNT OF MARSHMALLOWS AND CHOCOLATE CHIPS. SOMETIMES I USE MORE OR LESS.
  • REMEMBER ITS REALLY RICH. IT GOES GREAT WITH HOT CHOCOLATE OR EVEN COFFEE. I HAVE ALSO WARMED IT AND PUT VANILLA ICE CREAM ON TOP! NUMMY NUM

These were awesome! Rich and chocolatey just as described. Best on the second day. I wanted a thicker brownie so I used an 8x8 pan and followed the baking time and temperature on the back of the box. Since I used a smaller pan, I just tossed a handful of marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham crackers on top. I’ve seen other recipes where the graham crackers are broken into pieces. I thought that looked much easier to eat and cut. These really need to cool completely before cutting or they fall apart. Better the second day. Easier to cut and more flavorful.
