Mousse Chokolat

- 1/2 lb of bakers chocolate shopping list
- 1/4 cup whole milk or half and half shopping list
- 5 large eggs, separated. shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 tbsp brandy shopping list
- 1/4 tsp orange zest shopping list
- About 30 raspberries (Optional) shopping list
How to make it
- In the top of a double boiler melt the chocolate and mix in the milk. See Photo
- Add the yolks of the eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, orange zest and brandy. Stir until blended and smooth. Set aside.
- Beat the whites of the eggs until peaks form. Add a little sugar if desired.
- Fill small bowls or glasses about 1/2 inch from the top with the chocolate mousse See Photo. Top with whipped cream and (optional) add berries.
- Cool in refrigerator about 1/2 hour or longer.

Just what the kid ordered for her Christmas dinner dessert....thanks....saves me time looking for a recipe. (I'm gonna sub Grand MArnier for the brandy, but all else the same) Yummy.
