A wonderful family recipe from grandma. Memories of spending time with her making these absolutely delightful cookies. These are very kid friendly.....
Ingredients
- 1 Large (7 oz) shoe string potato sticks shopping list
- 16 oz butterscotch chips shopping list
- 3 T. peanut butter shopping list
How to make it
- Melt chips & peanut butter together
- Remove from heat
- add potato sticks
- Drop by tablespoons on waxed paper

Dear Mcboo, I tried these last Christmas....found the recipe on another site. They are so delicious and addictive. Had to look in a couple of grocery stores before I found the potato sticks but it was worth it. Thanks for posting.
