Ingredients

How to make it

  • Toss shrimp with seasonings and refrigerate for 1 hour
  • Bring the beer to a boil and add shrimp
  • Boil until firm and pink, about three minutes
  • Drain
  • Mix sauce ingredients
  • Serve with shrimp
  • Can be served hot or cold

    Good recipe, we boil shrimp a lot in Shock Top brand beer. I have also found I like the wasabi better than horseradish. I will have to try adding the brown sugar to the cocktail sauce. \0

    The wasabi sauce sounds interesting. I think it needs to be tried on some really fresh, crunchy shrimp. The Gulf is only 45 minutes away; let me get my coat, it's time to stock up on shrimp. Yum.
